Each rep is scored against their segment schedule, in their own local timezone. We track four things, kept separate so you can see exactly what's off — no single blended score:
  • Following the plan — were they dialing a list that belongs to the current block?
  • Dials — dials made vs the block's daily goal (e.g. 100 on Priority Leads).
  • Email / LinkedIn — vs the schedule's email KPI (20 emails · 15 LinkedIn).
  • In block hours — did they dial inside the block window for their timezone?
Data: dialer-session logs (list, timestamps, dial counts) + email/LinkedIn activity, joined to the saved schedule.
